Your goals, financial records and plans may each be useful on their own. In the Blueprint, we work with you to bring them together so you can explain where you are, what you want and what you intend to do next.

Three working months
Month 1. Set Your Ownership Direction
Set up your working Playbook, begin financial intake and develop your Owner’s Scorecard. Describe the time, cash flow and wealth you want from ownership. Bring existing work so it can be reviewed and used.
Month 2. Understand Your Value and Choices
Use the valuation and financial findings available, compare them with your goals and prepare your midpoint decisions. Learn how owner, market and transaction value inform different choices.
Month 3. Bring Your Playbook Together
Connect the written plan, reviewed numbers, leadership responsibilities and review rhythm. Adopt your first 90-Day Game Plan and prepare to keep using the same work.
The financial foundation
The Blueprint includes a business valuation, written Financial Assessment, integrated three-statement model and five-year forecast. The work starts from your actual condition: build a missing foundation, review and update an older model, or continue from a current reviewed model.
The financial engagement establishes the agreed build and cleanup scope. Complete records, questions and qualified review affect timing. Goals, learning and useful drafting can continue while financial work progresses; keep dependent choices provisional and required unfinished work visible.
The handoff identifies the exact model and periods, permitted uses, unresolved work, the person responsible for maintenance and the next update. Receiving a file does not automatically install the continuing financial milestones.
Three working calls with Ryan
- Kickoff: establish your starting position, working plan and immediate next steps.
- Owner’s Scorecard Review: examine your ownership direction and the choices it creates.
- Owner’s Playbook Call: bring the work together, agree the next Game Plan and plan continuing use.
Your written guide and actual invitations govern preparation and appointments. Plan for 2–3 hours of weekly content and tool work, plus calls, financial preparation and decisions.
The program includes 90 days of Boardroom access. The curriculum teaches the concepts; the Blueprint guide helps you apply them to your company.
What you leave with
A first usable Playbook: The Plan, The Numbers, Your Leadership Team and The Rhythm. It connects your goals, current evidence, decisions, responsibilities and next work. You keep using what you built whether you continue independently or choose ongoing support.
This is a foundation for continuing ownership practice. It is not a promise to complete all 27 milestones, eliminate every financial issue or achieve a particular valuation in 90 days.
Is it a fit?
If you own an established privately held business, the Blueprint helps you connect company decisions to your personal goals. You’ll need to supply records, do the work and make decisions. Bring your existing financial team and advisors into the relevant work.
If the business needs immediate crisis, legal or accounting intervention, address that with the appropriate professional and clarify the Blueprint’s role before enrolling. You remain the decision-maker.
Decide what support comes next
You can continue independently, join The Boardroom at $2,500 per month with a 12-month commitment, or explore Ownership Coaching at $5,000 per month total under a separate agreement. Continuing support is a separate decision.
