Work from your whole picture

Bring your Owner’s Scorecard, company plan, financial evidence and leadership responsibilities into the conversation. A change in one area can affect the others: a hire changes payroll and your role; a distribution changes available company cash; a growth investment changes risk and timing.

Use your coaching conversations to work through those trade-offs, examine assumptions and make your next decision. Keep the resulting work and follow-through in the same Playbook.

Keep responsibility clear

You retain ownership decisions. The CEO and functional leaders retain their agreed authority. Your accountants, legal advisors and other specialists carry their professional responsibilities. Coaching helps connect the work; it does not silently replace those roles.

The engagement agreement defines the individual coaching arrangement, access and terms. Confirm that scope against the decisions ahead rather than assuming a particular response time or unlimited service.

Build from the foundation you have

The 90-Day Boardroom Blueprint creates the first usable Playbook through guided company work and financial review. Continuing support then keeps that work in use. If your existing foundation is ready, talk with us about the appropriate next step and agreement.

You can also use The Boardroom at $2,500 per month if its shared environment fits your needs, or continue using the Playbook independently.
