Coaching & Community

Build your Playbook. Keep it in use, together.

Put the iBD Ownership OS into practice with coaches and other owners. Connect your goals, numbers and leadership in one Playbook, then keep using it as your business changes.

The Ownership OS in Practice

One Playbook. Kept current.

Your Owner’s Playbook holds The Plan, The Numbers, Your Leadership Team and The Rhythm. It connects the business you want to own with the decisions and responsibilities that will get you there.

Monthly

Compare actual results with your plan. Review revenue, finance and operations, then decide what needs to change with the owner and CEO.

Quarterly

Revisit your Roadmap and choose the next priorities. Update your 90-Day Game Plan with clear responsibilities and follow-through.

Annually

Revisit your ownership goals, company direction and financial plan. Set the coming year’s priorities and the capabilities your business needs.

The aim is Independence Escape Velocity™: your life is supported without depending on your continuing operating work. Your actual Time, Cash Flow and Wealth show the results.

Inside The Boardroom

Bring a decision. Work it through with people who understand ownership.

Bring your Playbook and a current question to Monday office hours. Use Tuesday’s functional reviews to connect revenue, finance and operations to your goals.

Coaches help you examine the trade-offs. Other owners contribute their experience. Put the next step into practice, then return with what happened.

Designed for a community of 150 owners of established privately held businesses. You remain the decision-maker.

Could the business support a COO?

“Working through the numbers showed me what was possible — hiring a COO, paying taxes, and still having confidence in my cash flow. That clarity changed everything.”

Before You Join

How much time will I need?

Plan for 2–3 hours of weekly work, plus the three calls with Ryan, financial preparation and your decisions. Complete company records and your review are needed to finish the financial work.

Can I keep my advisors and business operating system?

Yes. Your advisors, leaders and existing business operating system can contribute to the same plan. The iBD Ownership OS connects that work to what you want from ownership.

Do I have to be planning to sell?

No. Your goals may involve growing the business, changing your role, continuing to operate it or preparing for a sale. The work helps you understand the choices and their trade-offs.

Will I complete all 27 milestones in three months?

The Blueprint builds your first usable Playbook through Modules 1–3 and establishes your financial foundation. You continue developing the business and reviewing the milestones over time.

What happens after the Blueprint?

The three months help you and the iBD team assess whether ongoing membership is the right fit. After completing the Blueprint, you can continue with The Boardroom or Ownership Coaching under their own terms, or keep using your Playbook independently.
