Bring your work back to the conversation

Use the same Scorecard, company plan, model and leadership records in your own Playbook. Record what happened, the decision, who carries the next action and when you will review it.

The public website helps you understand the method. The member environment supports enrolled participants, while your private working Playbook holds your company’s answers and records. Reviewed updates to the method and adoption into your work are separate steps.

Choose the support you need

The Boardroom provides a shared learning and review environment. Ownership Coaching adds deeper individual support under a separate agreement, at $5,000 per month total including The Boardroom.
