Review evidence before choosing a score

Each milestone has its own 0–3 rubric: Not Started, Learning, In Progress and Installed. Read the actual requirement. A document may be useful evidence, but some milestones also require decisions, use and review over a specified period.

Suitable existing work counts. Leave work you have not reviewed unknown; it is not automatically zero. You choose the saved score. Keep owner, peer, coach and AI reviews distinct.

Once all 27 milestones are reviewed, their sum is your Velocity Score, out of 81. It measures installation of the system. It is not a business valuation or a prediction of personal independence.

Use the tools for their own jobs

  • The Assessment explains the milestones and their scoring requirements.
  • The one-page Owner’s Roadmap shows the whole system and your current review.
  • The Owner’s Scorecard defines your time, cash-flow and wealth goals.
  • The North Star connects the coming year to ownership direction and company priorities.

Start with the Assessment and Roadmap. Use your goals, company evidence and dependencies to choose the next useful milestone. You do not need to complete every possible exercise before beginning useful work.

Connect the result to action
