The Owner’s Roadmap™ shows what you have installed across the 27 milestones of the iBD Ownership OS™ and what still needs work. It brings your assessment into one view so you can choose the capabilities to build in support of your ownership goals.

Your Owner’s Scorecard states what you want from Time, Cash Flow and Wealth. The Roadmap shows the work the business can already support and the gaps to consider next.

How It Works

Use the Ownership Assessment and each milestone’s evidence requirements to score its current state: 0 Not Started, 1 Learning, 2 In Progress or 3 Installed. Three milestones total up to 9 for a module. Three modules total up to 27 for a phase. All 27 milestones produce your Velocity Score out of 81.

Keep the assessment date and supporting evidence with the scores. A missing file is a question to investigate, not proof that a capability is absent. Keep your own assessment distinguishable from an AI or coach’s assessment.

Why This Matters for Owners

The Roadmap helps you choose a workable sequence. If you want to transfer financial responsibility but cannot yet rely on the monthly reports, improving those reports may need to come before handing over more decisions.

A low score invites investigation. Choose the next priority by considering your goals, dependencies, available people and money, and the consequence of waiting. The lowest score does not automatically decide the work.

Use it to choose work and review evidence

Bring the dated Roadmap into annual planning and quarterly review. The North Star sets the year’s intended priorities; the Game Plan makes the next quarter’s work specific. Change a milestone score when its evidence changes. Completing a quarter’s tasks does not necessarily satisfy the milestone’s full requirements.

The Roadmap measures progress installing the system. Your actual time, personal cash flow and wealth show the ownership results. Keep both in view.
