The iBD Ownership OS connects your personal goals to the company you own. Use it to understand your position, choose your next work and review what happened.

Three phases explain how the work connects
Plan for the Future. Define time, cash-flow and wealth goals. Understand value and ownership choices. Bring the direction into the Owner’s Playbook.
Build a Valuable Business. Develop reliable financial planning, predictable revenue and transferable margins. Connect the functions to the same company plan.
Elevate from Operator to Owner. Clarify leadership, compensation and your intended role. Prepare and carry out a future handoff when it fits your goals and the company is ready.
The nine modules contain 27 milestones. You revisit capabilities as your business changes. Existing useful work counts; dependencies and available capacity help you choose the next action.
The Playbook holds your company’s work
The Plan, The Numbers, Your Leadership Team and The Rhythm give the work a connected home. The Owner’s Scorecard defines your outcomes. The North Star connects the coming year to those goals. The Value Growth Plan explains the business and its intended future. The 90-Day Game Plan identifies the next quarter’s work.
Monthly, quarterly and annual reviews compare intentions with results, record decisions and update the same plan. Look inside the Playbook.
Use the business operating system to carry the plan
As the owner, you set direction; the CEO integrates the company plan; CFO, CRO and COO carry their functions. Your chosen business operating system organizes the agreed work into measures, meetings and follow-through. Reconcile overlapping planning practices to one plan and actual authority.
Measure installation separately from results
Each milestone has its own evidence and 0–3 rubric: Not Started, Learning, In Progress and Installed. After reviewing all 27, the sum is the Velocity Score, out of 81. It describes installation of the system. It does not determine your company’s value or guarantee achievement of your goals.
